Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! All our orders are shipped with tracking information. You will receive an email with the tracking details once the item has been shipped.
When will I receive the item
Our products are shipped from different international warehouses. It may take 2 weeks for the shipment to arrive. In most cases, items usually arrive within 7-14 days.
I haven’t received my order?
Please use the tracking number to track the progress of your shipment and to get an estimate delivery date. If it has been more than 4 weeks since you placed the order, please contact us and will help resolve the issue.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Paypal.
Is my payment secure?
Yes, your payment is 100% secured and encrypted. We have an SSL Certificate in place and you can verify it here.
Can I cancel my order after payment?
After you have successfully paid for the order it is not possible for us to cancel the order as we immediately start the packaging and shipping process.
I have received a wrong/defective/broken item!
We make sure all our orders are processed, packaged and shipped carefully. If you have received a wrong/defective/broken item, please contact us immediately and we will send you a replacement free of cost, or offer you a full refund. Please see our Refund Policy
